Order Status
You can check the status of your order by clicking the “View Your Order” button in your order confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
If your payment has been processed and you haven’t received a confirmation email within two hours, please get in touch with our support team - merchsupport@clippers.com
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are processed within 3 business days from your date of purchase. An email will be sent to you containing the USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.
Orders are usually delivered within 1 week from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Can I buy the new Clippers Jerseys?
The new official Los Angeles Clipper jerseys are not currently available for sale.

Returns & Exchanges
Given limited inventory, all items from our limited-edition collection are final sale.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at merchsupport@clippers.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. Please note – you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and product must be unworn & unwashed to be eligible for a refund.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, this limited-edition collection is only available to ship within the United States.
